A Day Trip to Galle Fort
Those who visit Mirissa almost always make the trip to Galle, which is only 45 minutes away. The fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and contains so much history. It almost feels like a tiny European city with beautiful Dutch colonial architecture. The ramparts at sunset give you the best views.
