When it comes to Bali’s diving destinations there’s probably no place more renowned than Tulamben. There are many incredible attractions at this site, but probably the most significant is the wreck of the USAT Liberty.
Nusa Islands
The Nusa Islands are some of the most beautiful locales within Bali, with many a Bali resort, hotel, or guesthouse to be found here. You can also easily discover many interesting marine creatures such as huge Manta Rays.
Seminyak
This is the best place to head to if you’re more serious about exploring the marine world of Bali. There’s a reputed dive school here where you can receive PADI certification. There are also many notable resorts as well, such as Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort.

Mejangan
Many consider this to be the most beautiful diving and snorkelling destination that Bali has to offer. This is probably due to the fact that it is situated just next to the incredible Bali Barat National Park, one of the nation’s hallmarks. If you’re serious about snorkelling, this is definitely the place to go.
